Cerebral Palsy Alliance is the industry leader in disability services in NSW and ACT, offering a wide range of services across 160 sites providing support to clients living with neurological and physical disabilities. About the role
In this role you will have the opportunity to work independently and in a group setting, allowing you to make informative decision making. If you are looking to develop in your career, you will receive extensive professional development, clinical support and mentorship. You will have the opportunity to work on a caseload that will provide you with a solid foundation to progress your career.

You will have the support of the Therapy Manager and Clinical Governance team when you require. The wider Therapy Services team has created a coherent and approachable culture encouraging ideas, feedback and support. You will be able excel in your clinical experience and have your opinion valued and action taken.

You will be directly involved in the strategy of the team, special projects and initiatives and have influence over the bigger picture at CPA. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the professional journey of new grads and students and utilise your skillset and knowledge to train, mentor and supervise.

This role is located at our Dubbo site - a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists and physiotherapists. Working with a mixed caseload, this is a highly innovative and supportive team. This is a full time, permanent role where you will have the support of a strong admin team and multi-tiered organisation across NSW and ACT. CPA incorporates various divisions within the Allied Health space, including Clinical Therapists (Senior to New Grad levels), multidisciplinary Clinical Educators and Research Therapists.

The broader therapy services team consists of approximately 160 therapists across 18 sites in NSW and the ACT. In this team, you have a huge team of resources and experience to draw upon. With a robust clinical governance team to support your clinical growth and needs.

The Clinical Governance team comprises of clinical consultants for each discipline and a team of clinical educators to support therapists with their growth and supervision.

CPA is a research institute partnering with the University of Sydney. To date, CPA has dedicated $50 million for research into cerebral palsy and are the world leaders in this space. With professors such as Iona Novak and Nadia Badawi leading the CPA research teams, you will be working with global influencers and have opportunities to participate in special research projects.
