This is an exciting opportunity to join a not-for-profit financial services organisation based in the CBD. This organisation is promoted for the level of independent support they provide to consumers and small businesses, they are passionate about finding solutions and are currently looking for multiple Dispute Specialists to join their team.
Your New Role
You will be a passionate and motivated individual, who loves what you do! Youll enjoy getting into the details, problem solving and providing a high quality service to those you are assisting. You will be working closely with consumers and small businesses investigating disputes and assisting with finding resolutions.
These roles are 3 month temporary assignments starting mid July, working full time Monday - Friday, office hours and based 5 days per week in their CBD office.
Key Responsibilities

- Engage with consumers to gain detailed understanding of the dispute
- Accurately record all details including key issues and outcomes sought
- Analyse disputes, ensuring sufficient information has been provided to fully understand the dispute
- Where possible facilitate discussions to assist in resolving disputes
- Input all data into systems and send out templates
- Follow up on further information if required
What you will bring to the team
- Previous experience working within the banking and finance industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset & high level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work and manage your own portfolio
- Previous experience working within disputes will be highly regarded but is not essential
