Job Description
- Develop and implement the strategic communication and design plan to support the Seasons for Growth suite of programs and deliver activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
- Manage the development and ongoing production of the Seasons for Growth suite of printed programs and training materials.
- Develop and manage the content for a range of other internal and external channels - including the Seasons for Growth website; brochures; conference materials, newsletters, social media, third party websites and video content.
- Manage the development and production of new and existing marketing materials in line with the brand strategy and Style Guides.
- Work with the Digital and Design team to coordinate digital activities for the Seasons for Growth suite of programs, including its social media presence.
- Develop and coordinate an annual conference calendar to grow the reach of the programs.
- Contribute to a media calendar and implement media opportunities relating to the Seasons for Growth suite of programs; ie stories, case studies, social media posts.
- Manage the relationships with external designers, printers, photographers and videographers.
- Develop and manage the communications and marketing activity work plans for identified funded projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, graphic design or related discipline is highly preferred.
- Knowledge and work experience in the fields of mental health, education and/or community services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communications plans, based and experience in evaluating and reporting on performance.
- Exceptional writing skills and an ability to write for different audiences across a range of mediums with a demonstrated ability to coordinate content development and publication in newsletters and online.
- Knowledge of publication design and the publication process from concept to production, for both print and digital materials.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise, and work to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and constructively with multiple stakeholders.
- Evidence of highly developed competency using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites.
