job detailsThe Maintenance Master Data Officer is the experienced system specialist in computerised maintenance master data systems, working under the guidance of the Manager Maintenance Management and Planning.
Your new role:
As the Maintenance Master Data Officer you will collaborate with the maintenance teams ensuring that plans and operations meet the asset capital delivery plans and program improvements meeting the maintenance master data standards.
- Design job plans and associated maintenance data information to provide maintenance teams and reliability engineers with guidance on maintenance programs.
- Ensure consistent maintenance data quality and integrity by designing master data control points and reviewing the data quality.
- Provide timely, accurate and appropriate information to all stakeholders to minimise delays and provide cost effective solutions.
- Lead improvements for direct impact to the timely and accurate entry into the maintenance master data.
- Incorporate feedback from field technicians to modify and change existing maintenance plans.
- Understanding of master data within the Maximo environment and development of reports ensuring accuracy of data.
- Maintenance of inventory data.
To be successful:
- Experience in maintenance master data and computerised maintenance systems CMMS.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and analysis of data.
- Superior communication, presentation and writing skills with demonstrated experience in analysing data and report writing.
- Understand Maintenance work and management of systems and processes.
- Knowledge of water supply and wastewater operations - desirable
