About the role
Grampians Health is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated clinical pharmacists with hospital experience for this full-time permanent position at Grampians Health Ballarats Pharmacy Department.
This role is primarily responsible for the planning, provision, review, and continuous quality improvement of supervisory and education programs for: pharmacy students, intern pharmacists (including Monash University Intern Foundation Program) and resident pharmacists at Grampians Health.
Key Responsibilities
You will: Provide oversight to workforce development via competency assessment and credentialing programs Develop induction and orientation programs for new staff Provide expert advice on methods of teaching and education Provide advanced clinical pharmacy services Support other operational functions of the Pharmacy Service
Skills and experience
You will have: Pharmacist registered with the AHPRA Experience as a hospital pharmacist The ability to conduct clinical assessments and facilitate effective feedback conversations High-level communication skills A commitment to continuing education, research or quality improvement initiatives
