Job Description
Create and executing marketing plans for Australia, and support international markets including:
- Digital Strategy (advertising and social media across TikTok, Meta and YouTube)
- Content Creation - influencer management
- Develop a suite of email communications that follow the customer journey and generate sales
- CRM management
- Determine the strategy with influencers and execute
- Work with the PR agency to drive media coverage
- Identify and manage cost effective above-the-line advertising/promotional opportunities e.g. brand partnerships and events
- Develop POS material as needed for retailers
- Brand Development
The Successful Applicant
- Marketing experience within cosmetics/skincare/FMCG desirable
- Consumer marketing experience
- Comfortable working with social media and influencers
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working with aggressive sales target
- International experience is desirable
