The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager the HR Advisor role will cover all elements of the HR lifecycle, this role is an opportunity to make this role your own. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;Managing end to end recruitment process- Low volume, Project DrivenManaging onboarding process and inductionsFormal and informal Employee correspondenceProbation reviews and performance appraisalsEmployee information, training records upkeepWorking closely with business leaders on people related issuesDrive improved performance on key people mattersER and IR MattersAssist with the coordination of HR and company eventsAwareness of HR legislative requirementsCompany HR compliance up keep on policies and processesProviding support with general wellbeing and engagement of staff Assist and identify training GAP Day to day HR administration report, record keepingOther duties as directed from time to time.
Ideally you will have the following:Minimum 3 years' experience in Generalist Human ResourcesTertiary qualification in Human Resources;Knowledge of applicable Australian state and federal employment legislationAbility to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks accurately and in a timely mannerHighly developed written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholdersRespect for confidentiality at all times
