Responsibilities
- Selling products including Health, Life and Travel policies
- Providing product knowledge and assisting customer enquiries
- Managing members accounts, information and payments
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer concerns
What are we looking for?
- Competent in or have the ability to quickly learn CRM computer systems
- Knowledge in General or Private Health Insurance (Not Essential)
