Job Description
- Proven ability to coordinate an ICT program of work in a large, diverse, and complex organization.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, consultative, negotiation, and communication skills to clearly express, influence, and support change program outcomes that meet the expectations of customers.
- Experience and knowledge of current project management practices including financial/budget management, performance reporting, quality management, risk management, planning, and change management.
- High-level ability to interpret project status reports, map trends, and make recommendations to assist executive management make well-informed decisions.
- Experience in applying project management methodologies partnered with the ability to develop and deliver training and induction material, and provide coaching to staff at all levels with respect to project management methodologies, processes, and practices.
- Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback and achieve agreed performance standards in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence.
