Job Description
Strategic
- Assist and have input when required into the creative and marketing strategic planning and store initiatives in order to ensure that product and brand objectives are achieved and maintained in the immediate and long term
- Assist in promotional analysis, market trends, product improvements, customer trends as requested by the marketing team
- Coordinate all outgoing and incoming marketing materials
- Monitor and reporting of campaign progress including post campaign report
- Support FAC comms and meeting notes to be recorded and documented
Campaign Execution
- Execute the National Campaign Calendar including, product launch campaigns, social campaigns, and media platform to drive revenue, build market share and ensure the success of the brand in the marketplace
- Ensure messaging is effective and should differentiate the offer in the market, capture the proper tone for the target audience and provide the franchise community with effective selling propositions and positioning
- Support CRM and Loyalty lead to manage and develop the program of events to improve customer tenure
- Ensure that marketing messages are high-quality, powerful, accurate and up-to-date reflections of the product roadmap and on brand
- Drive creation of Marketing briefs including defining key metrics, core messaging platform, tone, personas, marketing strategy and guiding directional marketing mix
Communications
- Act as the first point of call for all marketing communication and queries, including Franchisee support and field team
- Assist in the creation and distribution of brand newsletters
- Manage merchandise usage and letterbox distribution issues
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing (or equivalent)
Experience & Competencies
- Advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities
- Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in the franchising industry
- Advertising layout and key message delivery knowledge
- Ability to work in fast pace environment juggling multiple priorities
- Ability to extrapolate and analyse data
