You will thrive in a busy and ever changing environment, have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and obtain a high level of confidentiality.
This wide and varied role requires an exceptional candidate with the flexibility to move from the day-to-day assistant and administrative requirements of a support role, through to overseeing compilation of board packs, reporting requirements, and office management responsibilities, including the supervision of reception. You will provide operational assistance across a range of sensitive, personal, and confidential matters.
We are currently recruiting for multiple vacancies with tenures ranging from 3 months - 12 months
$40-50 per hour + Superannuation (dependent on experience)

About the role
We are currently seeking a positive and experienced Administrative Coordinator/ Office Manager who has exceptional organisational and time management skills and is readily available for their next challenge. You will be responsible for:
- Manage and maintain the Director's diary in a timely and efficient manner, including the preparation of meeting papers and daily activities for Director.
- Maintain awareness of emerging issues requiring the Director's attention and use judgement to deal with appropriately. Provide executive support at meetings, including agenda preparation; minute taking and document preparation and distribution.
- Organise meetings, conferences, forums and travel arrangements/accommodations in a timely manner.
- Take initiative in the identification of issues and the collation, preparation and presentation of information for consideration by the Director.
- Exercise responsibility for discrete projects of limited complexity or assisting in less complex components of major projects
- Manage competing demands, using high level organisational skills, with an ability to multitask, and juggle priorities whilst considering future business needs.
Skills and Experience
- Current Working with Children Check (DCSI) OR National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Proficient computing skills and use of applications within Microsoft/MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in providing executive support services to a senior executive in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
- Previous experience within the public sector is highly regarded
- Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail
- Tech savvy
- Professional communication approach, holding a high standard of written and verbal communication styles.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
