Job Description
- Maintain processes for effective data management and donation processing in the database, ensuring all data is clean, imported and coded correctly in accordance with business rules and processes.
- Maintain a regular giving and grateful patient program that has a clear donor stewardship that underpins all activities with this cohort of donors.
- Administer all Bequests, Estates and Wills, liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure all relevant documentation is held and distributions coded according to relevant donor wishes.
- Process all donations, including cash, cheques, credit cards and web donations, including sending receipts and thank you letters.
- Liaise with the Finance team members to ensure all donations are coded correctly and manage the reconciliation of bank statements to the database.
- Work with the team to undertake administrative tasks as required, including but not limited to ensuring all incoming fundraising calls are answered, department filing, generating reports and managing the fundraising inbox.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with the ability to hit the ground running. Ideally you will have:
- Experience in administration processes and management of data within a CRM
- Experience in a customer service role in a charity or NFP
- Competent in computer literacy
- Sound financial literacy to ensure coding of donations is correctly reflected
- Confidence in writing processes
