- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Experience in utilizing educational technology and digital tools to enhance student learning and engagement.
Curriculum Development and Planning:
- Proven ability to develop lesson plans aligned with NSW curriculum standards.
- Skilled in incorporating innovative teaching strategies to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in creating differentiated instruction plans to meet the unique needs of students with varying abilities.
- Strong understanding of assessment strategies and techniques to evaluate student progress and inform instruction.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Collaborative team player, actively participating in professional learning communities and sharing best practices.
- Experience in conducting parent-teacher conferences and providing regular updates on student progress and achievements.
