Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager - Group Human Resources this role will lead the talent management initiatives for the Group. Responsibilities will be both strategic and hands on with some exciting projects to deliver;
- Lead and oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and processes for multiple groups within the organization;
- Develop and implement innovative candidate attraction strategies, including the creation and management of compelling employer branding campaigns on LinkedIn;
- Identify and implement candidate management tracking system across group;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies supporting them through the whole process;
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates;.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a Talent Function supporting a complex organisation. You will possess the following:
- Proven ability in managing end to end recruitment and developing alternative sources of talent;
- Clear ability to coach managers in all aspects of talent management;
- Strong systems experience is a must and exposure to systems implementation will be highly regarded;
- Strong communications skills coupled with an ability to work across a complex working environment.
