job detailsOur client is an established mining and resources business, currently recruiting a People & Culture Business Partner to join their team and help implement a variety of people initiatives.
This opportunity will see you provide high quality HR advice to managers and employees across the employee life cycle including employee relations.
This is an ideal role for an experienced HR Advisor looking to step up into a business partnering role and own their own client portfolio, or a junior HR Business Partner looking to continue their career development in a supportive team environment.
Youll enjoy building strong relationships across your organisation and will be a subject matter expert across multiple areas of human resources.
This is an initial 6 month FTC with the possibility of extension.
Key areas of responsibility include
- Provide operational HR advice and support to business leaders across the employee life-cycle
- Implement people planning strategies in support of strategic workforce objectives.
- Partner with leaders to effectively manage people-related, workplace relations matters including misconduct and performance management issues.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with your client group and across the wider organisation
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified in HR or similar
- Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience
- Consultative and engaging HR approach
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
