job detailsThe L & D Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with project coordination, design and delivery of graduate programs, and strong stakeholder management.
Our client is a highly respected name in the Australian investment market located in the CBD.
Full time permanent opportunity with hybrid work arrangements, reporting to the Head of People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate end to end professional development programs such as Associate advisor program, mentor program and Internship.
- Assist in design and implementation of graduate programs.
- Promote professional development program to Universities and student groups.
- Work closely with key stakeholder to contribute to the development of the company.
- Ad hoc duties and support to the broader HR team.
Key requirements:
- 2-3 years L&D experience or generalist HR with L&D projects.
- Excellent project management skills and experience.
- Good autonomy with the ability to ensure relevant stakeholders are informed.
