About the role:
Our team are currently pipelining and shortlisting claims consultants for full-time customer service call centre opportunities. In this role you will be responsible for taking inbound high volume calls whilst providing exceptional first point of contact and customer service in relation to members needing to lodge a motor claim during upcoming weather events.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience or if you are wanting to gain experience with one of Queensland's leading insurance companies.
Your skills & experience:
- Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality, debt collection, banking etc (call centre experience or exposure to fast paced environment is highly desirable)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
- Ability to show empathy, be resilient & highly adaptable
- Passion for servicing customers & understanding their needs
