Feature Role: APS3 Participant Support Officer

Duration: 14 Months Initial Contract (with extension option)
Salary: from $37.36 per hour + 11% Superannuation

Key Responsibilities may include:
- Manage and address participant concerns through the execution of planning tasks in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Provide reception and counter support at the local office, including assisting participants with self-help kiosks and online support.
- Resolve customer inquiries, offer information, and direct customers to suitable government or community services.
- Oversee the team's shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone queries.
- Coordinate appointments using office resources and ensure accessibility for participants.
- Conduct research and investigative tasks, along with the preparation of associated reports and correspondence.
- Perform various data entry tasks and ensure follow-up is carried out as needed.
- Receive and document complaints and other feedback within the NDIA Business systems.
