Job Description
Key duties -
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement people initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
- Drive consultation and engagement processes to gather insights and enhance employee experiences.
- Support the embedding of people initiatives through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.
- Track and report on the progress and impact of people initiatives using relevant metrics.
- Build strong relationships with the Executive and the P&C Centres of Excellence.
- Utilise people metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive measurable enhancements.
- Thrive in an ambiguous and complex environment, providing solutions that leverage the expertise of the People and Culture COE while meeting business needs.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications and skills -
- Previous experience in a similar Senior People, Culture & Engagement role.
- Strong understanding of people leadership and experience improvement strategies.
- Excellent communication and intsrpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyse people metrics to drive positive change.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous and complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver people solutions that align with business objectives.
