Job Description
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties.
- Completion of bank reconciliations for multiple entities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and provide reconciliations.
- Maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers as required.
- Assist in the preparation of various financial statements and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete monthly, quarterly and annual compliance requirements by regulators such as ATO and ASIC.
- Assist in ongoing improvements of processes and reporting.
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned by Head of Finance and Executive Team.

The successful candidate is a self-starter and is highly motivated to forge a career in the accounting sector. They are a team player who is able to build strong working relationships and contribute to a positive work environment. They also have:
- Tertiary qualification in accounting or similar discipline
- Desire to complete CA/CPA qualifications
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Previous accounting internships and experience highly regarded
