The Business Development Consultant is a newly created position in the Sydney Business Support team, consisting of 12 recruiters who are extremely kind, inclusive and high performing consultants. Additionally, you will report into and be mentored by an extremely supportive Operations Manager who encourages a work hard play hard mentality.
Your Responsibilities:
- Research market to identify areas of opportunity
- Cultivate client relationships and propose tailored solutions
- Craft persuasive pitches to win new clients
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors
- Manage a pipeline and negotiate terms
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement
