Randstad are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our clients team as an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth operations, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively. ...

Responsibilities:

- Manage the comprehensive organisation of office activities, including overseeing courier services, office resources, and meticulous filing and archiving of office records, while maintaining an up-to-date contacts database.
- Act as the front line receptionist and primary contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming environment, monitoring the general email inbox, and providing vital support to the Production and Development Teams.
- Serve as the dedicated executive assistant to the Managing Director, managing day-to-day diary activities, preparing for meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel.
- Take charge of IT management, including efficiently handling IT issues, collaborating with external IT consultants, and managing the on boarding and off boarding processes for employees and contractors.
- Lead the meticulous organisation of both internal social gatherings and external events, including premieres, to enhance company culture and engagement.
- Uphold and update Health and Safety Policies and other company policies to ensure adherence and continuous improvement.
- Manage financial responsibilities, such as reconciling credit card statements and expense claims, processing production per dimes, and maintaining petty cash.
- Supervise the vehicle fleet, liaise with the Property Manager and cleaners, and oversee maintenance tasks for the Maintenance Officer.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
