Job Description
As a Manager / Associate Director in Technology Recruitment you will:
- Play a client facing role and contribute to overall team revenue growth through referring work and delivering on recruitment services
- Foster long term career development for your team, setting the standard for exceptional commercial performance and customer service
- Develop operational, customer and team strategies to facilitate the growth of Technology NSW
- Build a culture of passion, determination, teamwork, fun and making a difference; collaborating with other Tech leaders across the Australian business to build a united national presence for the discipline
- Full accountability for team budget
The Successful Applicant
You will have:
- A track record of success in leading Technology Recruitment teams in an Agency setting
- Experience in contract recruitment and / or in leading contract recruitment teams
- A growth mindset & natural drive for excellence
