We are looking for a People and Culture leader who can play a critical role in our continued success and growth. The role is based at our HQ in Glen Iris and reports to the COO and is a member of the leadership team.

About the role

Pivotal to the success of the BOUNCE Global culture, the role's purpose is to lead people and culture for BOUNCE through smart people practice and processes that engage, challenge, and energise the HQ team and an army of staff across its venues nationally.

Spanning the entire employment lifecycle while ensuring that all P&C systems and processes are anticipatory, responsive and tailored to the needs of BOUNCE.

Specific responsibilities:Collaborate with leadership team to ensure brand and customer experience intent is lived, breathed and systemisedImplementation of HR related systems to streamline and make people processes more effectiveP&C framework and planningRecruitmentTalent development and training including our Traineeship programA key role in brand and culture programs including employee engagementPerformance managementReward and recognitionEmployee Relations and OHSManage, coach and mentor the People & Culture team

About you

As a proactive and resourceful HR generalist, you will combine the needs of our people with the operational realities of a thriving, entrepreneurial business.

You may have run the P&C function at a small to mid-sized business, or be a current P&C Manager at a larger organisation looking to step up to lead the function for the first time.

Skills and experienceDegree qualified with demonstratable HR experience on the journey of scale and growth in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing commercial companyExperienced ideally in multi venues in the active entertainment and sports industriesExcellent communicator and influencerDependable source of ER advice and supportProven capability in Learning & Development, leading training and OD Health and well-being initiatives that support our venues, including leadership of our Traineeship programUnderstanding of sophisticated people concepts and systems and are a proven leader and coachSuccessfully lead targeted recruitment campaigns and brought talent management and engagement strategies to life
