Job Description

The Manager- Financial Services will play an integral role in the success of the organisation, ensuring responsible stewardship of the company resources and effective and efficient financial systems. The position leads and manages the company's statutory financial reporting, treasury, and compliance functions, as well as the delivery of financial services.

The financial services team is transforming the operating model to improve customer services, operational efficiency, and reporting solutions to inform decision-making. You will lead a team of, partnering with the organisation and customers to deliver exceptional service. This role will manage initiatives to transform service delivery across financial services and accounting functions while identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure a robust financial control environment.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a CA or CPA Qualified accountant, A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing your team, understanding the importance of fostering relationships with and building trust in the wider organisation. You will have worked in a large and complex organisation that may have been through significant change or transformation. You will be a strategic operator who can see the big picture and plan where to allocate attention to deliver results. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys process re-design and problem-solving to develop creative solutions for the best organisational outcomes.

You will have led these functions before and have extensive leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring your team. You will have exceptional stakeholder management experience and be able to build strong relationships across the organisation.
