Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure alignment between IT solutions and organizational objectives.
- Work closely with IT support teams to ensure seamless implementation and support of IT solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, and detailed documentation of business processes, user stories, and requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to stakeholders on IT-related matters.
- Play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives within the company.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on IT application support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Knowledge of FMCG industry trends and best practices is a plus.
