Job Description
The Role: People & Culture Advisor
As a People & Culture Advisor, you will be a driving force behind our commitment to employee well-being, growth, and a positive workplace culture. Your role will involve collaborating with staff and leadership to ensure that our people remain at the heart of our success.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with department heads to implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and well-being.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent that aligns with our mission.
- Coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance employee's skills and job satisfaction.
- Manage HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist the other P&C advisers with their stakeholder engagement should there be a need.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications You Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (a Master's degree is advantageous).
- Ideally you have proven experience at a HR Advisor or HR Generalist level for 2-3 years.
- Extensive stakeholder engagement
- You have worked across the full HR Life cycle inclusive of Performance management cycles
- Ability to drive positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating open and effective interactions.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Empathetic and approachable demeanor, essential for fostering positive employee relations.
