The Property and Facilities Business Partner role also involves a diverse range of tasks across security, new premises, contractor and asset management. The role requires significant multi-tasking skills and the ability to follow organisational policies and procedures and work within frameworks.
The Responsibilities
- 30% - Facilities Management
- 20% - Lease Administration
- 10% - Project Management
- 10% - Account Management
- 10% - Security, Equipment and Account Management
- Other - Contractor & Asset Management, Risk Management & Budget
Knowledge
Qualification and licences/certificates are either essential (E) or desirable (D).
- Drivers licence is essential (E)
- Sound knowledge and experience in dealing with lease documentation is essential (E)
- Knowledge of IT hardware is desirable (D)
- Project Management certification is desirable (D)
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and project management tools and systems including the ability to plan, prioritise, make
- decisions, meet deadlines, and manage resources for a range of projects (size, complexity and risk) is desirable (D)
- Bachelors degree in business administration, property, economics, statistics, or accounting (D)
Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
- Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
- Efficiently manage all tasks to ensure specific deadlines are achieved at all times
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- Able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings
- Attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Excel
- Strong organisation, time and project management skills are essential to this role
