In this job you will:
Utilise your expertise and experience in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy and join the team at DHL as an Injury Management Officer. Working in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally.
Your day will be spent working with employees that are engaged in warehouse activities across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include workers compensation, injury management, return to work and the associated reporting. You will also work with the team to implement proactive injury prevention and employee wellbeing initiatives.
You have the following qualities & qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will have: The ability to identify and discuss injury and treatment related issues with relevant parties The ability to engage and motivate employees with your strong verbal communication skills A strong attention to detail and highly developed written communication skills Tertiary qualification in health sciences / human movement / sport science is essential
