Job Description
- Project management - lead, plan, deliver on procurement and overall successful project execution.
- Lead an inclusive, collaborative and creative culture
- Drive and lead safety - promote a culture of safety
- Key Stakeholder management
- Project planning (MS Projects)
- Collaborate and drive working relationships with site manager
- Review subcontractor agreements
- Manage contract administration effectively
The Successful Applicant
- Appropriate construction management and project management qualifications
- 3+ contract administration experience
- Experience with small to mid tier commercial builder
- Stakeholder management experience - demonstrating conflict resolution
