This opportunity is ideal for a hungry and motivated sales enthusiast who is looking to immerse themselves in the field and learn from a dedicated and relatable agent. You will have worked within the industry or have prior experience working with a sales and target driven environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Buyer management Conducting open homes and private inspections Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections Prospecting and prospecting administration (inclusive letterbox dropping & door knocking) Database management Coordinating client bookings and meetings Skills and Experience:
Coachable, trustworthy and willing to learn Current VIC Drivers License and suitable vehicle Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV Prior experience working with a sales and target driven environment Minimum of 6 experience within the industry is advantageous but not essential Strong communication skills; and high attention to detail Benefits:
