Job Description
This 'hands on' pivotal role leads the development and implementation of the client's internal and external communications strategy to multiple channels. The key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing critical content and management of websites, social media platforms, email, promotional videos and marketing materials to promote our capabilities for business growth.
- Working with internal stakeholders to prepare relevant content for employee communications
- Developing campaigns across HSEQ, people and capability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Developing and implement marketing and communication strategies for a variety of stakeholders, brands, sectors and services across Australia and New Zealand.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should have around 4-6 years experience in the communications field of equivalent. The role is very hands on, and the candidate should therefore have experience with both strategy and execution. Along with this, it is desirable for the candidate to have:
- A relevant qualification, in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- High level experience in a similar role in a B2B services organisation.
- Outstanding professional corporate communications writing, editing, and proofing skills to create relevant and interesting content.
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Sharepoint, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and with internal & external stakeholders.
