Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now accepting Expressions of Interest from highly motivated individuals for Contract Administrator roles at our branch in Yarrawonga NT 0830.
This role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Service teams in order to support project operations and assist in meeting customer requirements and agreed business targets.
The responsibilities in these roles would encompass; Providing administrative support across the branch and supporting project workflow Entering, monitoring and maintaining project data in the ERP system Maintaining and strengthening internal and external stakeholder relationships, including liaising with customers and suppliers on routine matters Performing routine Debtor and Creditor tasks Coordinate deliveries with Transport companies and processing of receipts and dispatches Assist the Branch team with WHS Management Plan compliance.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess; Experience working in a similar role ideally within the Civil Works industry (or similar) Great networking skills to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings Effective communication, time management and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Sound computer literacy in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Valid drivers licence, demonstrated safety first mindset and a desire to develop a long standing career within the Water Dynamics business.
