Your New Role
As the Order Processing Team Leader, you will lead and manage a small team of 4 Order Processing Specialists. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the order processing process is running smoothly
- Manage complex customer orders and ensure accuracy
- Assisting the team resolving customer complaints
- Drive continuous improvement in the customer journey
- Continuously coach and mentor the team
