Your work would be based inside the People and Culture division of this branch whose primary focus is to provide a safe workplace and to foster a positive and inclusive culture.
About The Role
You would be responsible for the analysis and process development of the HR framework, contributing to strategy development, policies, and stronger risk and assurance practices. The role itself requires applicants to have a confident approach to stakeholder engagement, and the ability to produce reports based on these discussions. You will be required to provide guidance to the teams on quantitative analysis and direct educational sessions based on this information.
Strong candidates will be those who:
- Can identify improvements and implement quality solutions;
- Can plan and support the development of individuals skills and abilities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Are familiar with creating action plans, establishing timelines and leveraging resources;
- Choose the best course of action by establishing clear decision criteria, generating and evaluating alternatives, despite tight time constraints;
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop process maps, procedures and materials which support and drive HR framework.

- Previous experience in Government
