Culture is really important to the business due to the team environment they foster. The manufacturing and distribution plants are both on site and as thus, everyone is immersed in the fabric of the company.
Job Description
Some of the key tasks for the Finance Manager will be:-
- Providing timely and accurate financial closing and reporting, adopting IFRS;
- Improving financial analysis and support local management will all necessary financial information conduct business;
- Establishing strong internal control processes and procedures;
- Maintaining good banking relationship for effective cash and FX management;
- Complying with all local statutory, tax and legal regulations
- Improving forecasting processes
The Successful Applicant
The Finance Manager that our client is looking for would ideally:-
- Have Manufacturing experience
- Have worked with multiple functions in a business
- Had experience with working with a global head office
- Be experienced with ERP systems - ideally Pronto.
- Have an outgoing personality
What's on Offer
The role offers a base salary of circa $130k plus super. As this role is based at the manufacturing plant - being in the office so you can interact with key stakeholders is very important.
The role also comes with its own parking space.
