Job summary
Collins Group is a marketing company based in the CBD. For the last 3 years the company has represented many industry-leading brands. They are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join their team.Remuneration: $67k + Super + Commissions ($80k OTE)
As the head of a marketing team you will manage the day to day needs of each client, whilst building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing promotional campaigns, brand management and delivering a high value service.
Key responsibilities: Develop and recommend strategies to foster successful promotions and client brand advancementPlan and coordinate advertising and marketing campaignsDirect advertisement placement and timingWork within operational budgetsMeet KPIs as directed from time to timeTrain and mentor the marketing teamCoordinate the work of junior marketing personnel and consultants & recruit as requiredGather results and analyse data both during and post campaign, for effectiveness and process improvementsReport on campaign performance and demographic trendsDevelop and recommend new strategies to respond to changed market circumstances
Requirements: Degree in business, marketing, advertising, information technology or equivalent experienceAt least 2 years experience essential. This is not a graduate position.Experience managing the accounts for publicly listed companiesExperience dealing with c-levels and aboveExcellent reporting skillsProven experience working within tight operational budgets and meetingKPIs Experience leading/mentoring a team
You will be expected to travel for regional/interstate meetings as required.
