About You
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and looking to take on a career in sales. We encourage personal and professional development and your manager will provide you with the tools to excel in this role and start building your sales career at ResDiaryYou have a passion for Sales, and have 1+ years experience working as part of a sales team before, preferably in a SaaS environment. Cold calling experience is preferredWeve met before Previous experience of using ResDiary (or another TMS) in a front or back of house hospitality setting is valuable experience for this role, but not expected - training will be provided. Any experience in hospo will be highly regarded.Youre good with people. Youll be communicating directly with potential customers and ResDiary team members over different departments, locations and time zones, so you need to be a team player who can communicate well to both external and internal customers. Youre flexible - we are a dynamic business in an industry which has been challenged these last two years, and that means having expert awareness of the changing needs of hospitality businesses. Youre driven to exceed targets, with the very highest levels of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities of the role
Youll be responsible for; prospect and opportunity identification, generating quality sales introductions and appointments with new hospitality operators for the sales team. Achieving sales KPIs and contributing to the team targets.
