Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Conduct telephone interviews, schedule appointments, advertise jobs and attend interviews
- Proactively seek potential talent and build on your candidate data base.
- Create a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct background / reference checks
- Assist with onboarding with new candidates
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience within the recruitment and/or HR industry.
- Ability to manage a varied portfolio of jobs
- Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships
- Ability to work independently within a tight knit team
- Proactive and positive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines.

This role is a 4 week temp position with the possibility of extension, it will be 3 days a week 9am-3:30pm. The days would be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday however for the ideal candidate there is room for flexibility on days/hours.
