job detailsRandstad is currently looking for an administration professional within Health, Education or Not-for-profit sectors, in the Greater Brisbane Area to be part of a fantastic team of professionals.
The ideal candidate will bring on board previous administration skills and an excellent work ethic.
- Ongoing temporary assignments | Northern Suburbs/Brisbane Area
- $27 - $35.00 per hour + super
- Full-Time
Key responsibilities
- Processing customer orders
- Reception
- Responding to enquiries and problem solving
- Liaising with stakeholders in relation to queries
- Processing invoices, raising credits
- Data entry of customer information
- Reporting and other ad hoc duties as directed
The Candidate
- Proven experience in a office based customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with stakeholders on various levels
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced office and meet deadlines
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office

- Blue Card
- Yellow Card
- Police Check
