NUKIDS Early Learning is a brand new, state of the art educational facility in Norwest/Bella Vista providing high quality care and early learning programs. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Room Leader with an Early Childhood Teaching Qualification to manage our preschool team and help us shape our newly opened centre.Our aim is to provide all of our children with a feeling of confidence and self-worth, and we pride ourselves in extending this supportive and nurturing environment to our valued staff.

About the Role
We have several opportunities available for passionate early childhood educators, involving the following duties: Lead a team of preschool (3-5 years old) educators and manage the implementation of the curriculumAssisting in the design and implementation of a vibrant curriculum based on the children's current knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities, and interestsWorking collaboratively with colleagues to plan, evaluate and enhance learning outcomes for childrenDeveloping and using a range of informal, formal, diagnostic, formative and summative assessment strategies to assess childrens learning and maintain high quality pedagogical documentationWorking closely with colleagues to ensure high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in the centre
About You
You're passionate about early childhood education and making a positive impact in each child's life through meaningful relationships with children and their families. You also bring a positive and professional attitude to all team interactions, and help to foster a supportive and collaborative work culture.
You have: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (recognised by ACECQA) or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education or EquivalentCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis CertificateCurrent Employee NSW Working With Children CheckGood knowledge of EYLF and NQSExperience working in early childhood settings (preferred but not essential) Experience using online programming applications (E.g. Storypark/OWNA) to document children's learning and progress (preferred but not essential)Excellent written and verbal communication skills
