Job Description
The WHS Co-ordinator is responsible for the of workplace health and safety performance at the Production Site.
- Manage and Identify Workplace Health and Safety opportunities and ensure compliance closely associated with the production floor.
- Manage the site safety requirements, improve on and introduce new SOP's where needed.
- Oversee induction requirements and overall risk management of employees, contractors, visitors, and Sub contractors.
- Continue to Develop and Implement a system of work in which all safety related documentation is in line with ISO 45001 requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary Qualifications in Work Health Safety (Degree or Diploma)
- Exposure to Workplace Health and Safety Compliance/Certifications
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated & proven experience in a similar role, including significant exposure to the OHS Framework
- Strong Leadership, pragmatic, hands on and solutions focused
