This Business Analyst position is responsible for acting as the intermediary between clients and its internal implementations teams to ensure that the client requirements are agreed and delivered. The BA defines requirements, communicates requirements to all stakeholders, and identifies changes to scope.

Duties and responsibilities:
Work as a pivotal part of a project team responsible for implementing client requirements using internal systems, services, and technologies.
- Meet with external clients and internal groups to elicit and analyse requirements.
- Producing BSRs, FSDs, SRS or customer/client documentation.
- Develop Functional Requirements Specifications to:
- Clearly define in writing the requirements that are in scope for a project including both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Communicate requirements to DEV, QA & Deployment teams
- Communicate agreed changes in scope to the client and internal teams
- Work with the Test team during user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the clients requirements are met.
- Prepare user-facing materials and provide training and assistance to end-users as required.
Desired experience:
- Minimum 5 years of business experience across SDLC, Business Analysis, Process Re-engineering, BCP/DR planning, Quality Assurance and Risk Management
- Strong understanding and experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
- 3 + years of Software Implementation Projects experience, ideally as a Business Analyst.
- Customer/ client interaction and documentation experience
