job detailsRandstad is currently seeking Senior Monitoring and Reporting Officer who can operate with excellence, expertise with solid attention to detail and establish and maintain relationships. Our partnering department is looking for someone enthusiastic and not afraid of a challenge whilst making a positive difference and impacting education in Victoria, the Education State.
About your new role
As a committed team player, the Senior Monitoring and Reporting Officer is to provide timely and accurate reporting on delivery implementation and impact, providing authoritative and timely strategic advice and responses to support the various Boards, Secretary and Ministers understanding of delivery progress and performance.
What you will need to exceed
- Confidently develop and deliver strategic, business and operational reports.
- Contribute to monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure agency objectives are met.
- Contribute to maintaining data quality and integrity across a range of systems.
- Manage multiple projects and direct the flow of transformation to meet organisational goals.
- Document and report on project resource planning using appropriate tools.
- Identify and utilise appropriate project planning methods.
- Participate in strategic planning activities and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Desirable
- Experience in working for government
- Understanding of public sector entity
