About us:Pierrots Hair Studio is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon, combining the best of art and science to create the perfect hair care system. We have been operating for 38 years and currently have 15 passionate employees who strive to perform the best in customer service & haircare every day.

About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate individual to assist the salon owner in the smooth running of the salon. You will be the first point of contact for our valued guests and responsible for ensuring our high standards of customer service are maintained.
Plus being able to do brow shaping & waxing, lash extensions & makeup to cover the overflow
Core dutiesRepresenting the Pierrots Salon brand face-to-face & over the phoneOverseeing the smooth day-to-day running of a busy appointment bookEnsuring bookings run to an efficient scheduleFollow- up courtesy callsProviding a 6 star guest experienceBenchmark reporting for managementStock management and orderingLiaising with salon owner & team leaderPerforming brow lash & makeup services
Required skills and experienceCustomer service & fantastic phone mannerEffective communicatorExcellent time management and multi tasking skillsSolution orientedConfident & personableTeam player attitudeAbility to think on your feetYou will have a keen eye for fashion and present yourself in a professional mannerMust be organized and forward thinkingFully trained and experienced brow, lash extensions & makeup
Desired but not essentialHairdressing/Beauty salon coordinator experience preferredExperience with Hairware highly regardedKnowledge of Aveda productsExperience using social media platforms and the ability to produce content for social media
