Our growing family of services at EverAbility Group include: VisAbility - our specialised service supporting people with blindness or vision impairment to live the life they want with confidence. Guide Dogs WA and Guide Dogs Tasmania our iconic service raising and training life changing assistance dogs to help people living with vision impairment and disability to enjoy independent lives they want to lead. Kites Childrens Therapy our early intervention support, advice and solutions service transforming the lives of children and their families living with disability or developmental challenges. Perron Place - our innovative and collaborative community centre that combines events, conferences and community activities for Western Australians of all ages and abilities.
This position will also be responsible for relationship management with external stakeholders, event support and in peak season will support the Community Fundraising Coordinator with various community based activities and merchandising. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Undertake accurate and efficient data entry and management of supporter records. Engage and assist Guide Dogs Tasmania supporters by responding to their requests for information regarding Gifts in Wills. Follow up on probate and Estate administration once a supporters Will is realised. Using the donor database and key stakeholder communications identify donors, clients, volunteers or stakeholders who may be interested in leaving a gift in their Will. Support with the development of donor acquisition and retention campaigns. Keep accurate and up to date records in the donor database of all contact and activities with confirmed and prospective bequestors. Manage enquiries through all channels. Organise and assist in the preparation of Gifts in Wills functions and events. Represent Guide Dogs Tasmania at various community based events as required. Assist the broader Fundraising and Marketing team where required. Participate in the planning and executing of marketing activities when required.
Essential Excellent relationship management skills Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders Demonstrated experience in administration and/or customer service Demonstrated experience in the management of data and transaction processing Computer literacy Sound skills in computer literacy with proficiency in using the Office Suite and Outlook Excellent interpersonal, oral communication and written skills Proactive, resilient and resourceful National Police Clearance Working with Vulnerable People Check Current driver's license COVID -19 and Influenza Vaccination
Desirable Experience in the not-for-profit sector Experience in the fundraising sector
