Job Description
- Respond to HR enquiries, referring matters to the appropriate HR team member when necessary;
- Provide support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team;
- Assist in the preparation of HR documentation and correspondence as required;
- Provide support to the HR team in all generalist human resource functions;
- Manage and organise emails,
- Promote well-being and contribute to developing a culturally safe workplace.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have previous experience supporting a HR team. You will ideally have:
- Degree qualification or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant;
- High level of attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills;
- Strong administrative and data entry skills;
- Demonstrated experience providing a high level of customer services
