Job Description
The successful individual with be responsible for:
- Answering Help Desk calls in a courteous and friendly manner, handling email and in-person requests from all internal staff. (via email, Slack, and tickets).
- Image Mac, Windows, and Linux computers and configure computers.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity, testing Audio/Visual (AV) equipment, and handling inventory.
- Assist & support group initiatives/projects and operational matters as and when required.
- Following-up with users to ensure resolution is complete with regular & effective communication and updates.
The Successful Applicant
The successful individual will ideally possess the following:
- Excellent experience in customer service.
- Previous experience in a in a similar role or ITIL based organisation.
- Advanced trouble shooting and problem solving.
- Experience with MacOS, Google Suite, Windows and Unix.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
