Are you a Business Development Manager Superstar looking to progress your career in Sales?The primary role is to be frontline sales and relationship development for an exciting fast-growing National business. You will be responsible for working closely with Landscape Architects & Contractors, Councils, and Construction Companies.
The Business Development Manager is empowered to grow and maintain the Strabe business in key existing accounts; penetrate and develop new accounts, and lead the sales cycle from start to finish. This includes identifying opportunities, lead follow-up and qualifying, presenting, and closing Strabe offerings to the defined target market.

About The Role:Head up New Business in Victoria & South Australia - Metro & RegionalNurture and maintain existing relationships and accountsBusiness Development & Networking via phone & face to faceHunting, investigating, and securing new business opportunities and lead generationOutbound prospecting for projectsMaintain a pipeline of leads and opportunitiesContribute to the development of the strategic sales & marketing planMaintenance of accurate project and client details in CRMReporting to Leadership Team & Managing Director2-3 Days Per Week would be spent traveling and F2F with clientsMelbourne office office is in South East Melbourne Suburbs where you will be required to attend the days your not F2F with clientsVisit Head Office in Albury 2 Days Bi-Monthly
Qualifications Had extensive experience in architecture, construction, and specifier marketsSelf-disciplined, self-starter, and finisher Great attention to detail Strong hunting ability rather than account management and a hunger to close dealsHands-on and practical understanding of manufacturing for the built environmentProfessional image and presentationUnderstanding and Commitment to maintaining an up-to-date CRM Excellent understanding of the business systems and processes Great communications skills
