Job Description
Looking after approx 100 staff in your designated remit, the role is made up of but not limited to the below - Recruitment as required, this means scouring and filling vacancies within your remit as required
- Managing the full employee life cycle for staff in your remit
- Offering HR advisory to stakeholders at a variety of levels
- Advising managers on staff performance and succession planning
- Maintain and promote workplace culture practices
- Basic project work and HR generalist duties
The Successful Applicant
To be a success in the role you will need to display - An ability to be agile and dynamic in a fast passed environment
- Able to successfully run a recruitment process end to end
- Experience as a HR Generalist or very senior TA professional is required
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good problem solver
- Enjoys working in the office
